ABINGTON COUNTRY STORE ROBBERY:

"On Saturday October 15 at approximately 10 p.m. the suspect entered the country store location at Hancock St. and Chestnut St. and purchased some small items left the store and then came back within minutes and made another purchase.  This time when the cash register drawer opened he demanded the women to step backwards and leave the drawer open, he then reached over, almost tipping the register over, grabbed the cash and fled the area.  There was no vehicle description.  The party is described as a white male with very short cropped hair, large nose and wearing a black sweatshirt, hooded with "Old Navy" across the front.  He was also wearing jeans and sneakers and was about 6 foot tall, weighing 185 to 200 lbs.
